Nice collection! Thanks for that…
Filling in forms sucks and it’s true… people don’t like it at all… but some of these forms above just need to be filled! great examples… and never ask too much info than needed.
Cheers!

For me the second example (Nibbledish) is the best. Im sure most of these are not purely CSS based. Most of them use javascript also

Nice list, though I feel these are all web startups. What about airlines, hotels, etc. Possible follow up post? I’d like to see how companies design longer signup and registration forms.
Eek, what is Huffduffer trying to do with their form?

one question: WHY?
why haven’t we figured out that we should be using a unique login form and/or authentication system by now? why this nightmare of signup forms?

Thanks for the great post but what’s with the screenshots? They’re really poor quality. You’d probably have been better off exporting them as PNG rather than JPG. Also judging by the lack of anti-aliased text and the nasty default inputs you probably took them on Windows XP. Using a Mac or Windows 7 would give you anti-alised text and much nicer looking default inputs.
That said, keep up the good work!

Nice! But is repeating the password still necessary? I’ve just read, that masking the password-inputs is oldschool and so repeating is too…
