It’s good concise list, but it does seem to follow a trend of a lot of other lists of this nature, linking to other sites who in turn link back.
designerstalk.com is a great shout though.

Well, I’m going to have to be the devil’s advocate here. Knowing how to make a Photoshop texture or widget or create an Illustrator vector object is NOT going to help you “become a better designer”.
Design is visual problem-solving, and it is far more than knowing cool ways to use tools. Making cool gradients or textures irrespective of the client’s communication goals or audience is not being a “good designer.”
So I’d say focus on the design forums and the sites that focus on the principles of effective design, not on those that help you use Photoshop in a clever way.

Thank you for compiling and sharing this list, it is quite useful. I follow many of these sites via RSS on a daily basis, however, I just found a few new favorites.

Okay, so exactly HOW MANY of these design web sites have even heard of Silverlight? They’re all Adobe Flash resources which says a lot about the darn problem of Silverlight: Silverlight is for computer geeks who get off on “RIA Solutions” and not by making their web pages look like they were created with wet toilet paper - cos that’s really cool right now. Not to mention the downturn has made Expression Blend seem more expensive than a Somali Pirate ransom. Adobe remains for creative people who think the on-click event is some trendy arty party.
