It’s so Interesting to see what designers can do with single pages, and sometimes a single page site delivers more info ever need than a multi page site. Single-page design works if you don’t have much content, some designers use tabs, accordion scripts to give more information in a single page, Portfolio sites are perfect examples for single page sites, it allows visitors to see you content easily, for non portfolio sites still it will make sense depends on the needs.
It is almost like the single page frees the designer to create something more unique then a traditional multi page site. Perhaps it is because you only have to make it work on one page
Here I’ve listed 40+ Impressive one page sites to get inspired from. Enjoy the sites

Wow! Those are seriously creative websites. Thats such a challenge to sell yourself/business on a single page. But they did it, and did it well. Thanks for the post.

There are some great designs here. They show what’s possible with a single page when you put your mind to it. I like the idea - may even try it myself. Thanks for the list!

Wow, first page fails hard. Contrast and text size make it unreadable. Nice list though.
February 11th, 2009 at 6:06 pm
Dave,
No offense man, but your website isn’t a single page. I saw nothing on your page but 3 links to other pages.

Nice list.. some great sites..
Not sure about #6 though.. bit too much Dan Noe (http://www.noedesign.com/2005/index.html) in there..

Very nice list! I certainly do like the look and file of single page websites. However, in order to do anything with statistics, multiple pages provide much more interpretable results. Single page websites certainly makes improving conversion rates much more difficult. But then again, it all depends on the goal of the website.
Great finds and keep up the great work!

Great list! Does anyone else find the whole ‘HELLO MY NAME IS’ bit becoming very repetitive and cliché for graphic designer sites lately? They seem to be cropping up everywhere. :/

Great list! I’m growing more and more fond of one page sites!
I agree with Vee though… “Hello. My name is ______.” taglines are getting a bit over-used.
Also, is it just me or are Deaxon (#7) and Edit Studios (#9) very, VERY similar? Hmmm… interesting… the way the picture slideshows are tilted on a pile of pictures, the formatting of the portfolio links… hmm… *scratches head*
LOL!
